Bisley's CR123 is a 3V, 1.45Ah lithium cell supplied individually on a blister card. CR123A (also sold as CR123 or 123A) is the standard size used across a huge range of field-sports electronics — lamping torches and weapon-mounted lights, red dot and reflex sights, thermal and night-vision units, laser rangefinders and trail cameras all commonly take this cell. It's a single-use lithium battery, not a rechargeable, so once it's flat it goes in the bin (or, better, a battery recycling point) and gets replaced.
