The Bisley Yellow Accelerator No.3 is the world's number one square-section airgun mainspring, treated with molybdenum and PTFE for smoother compression and up to 40% more compressed poundage than a conventional round-wire mainspring. The square-section coil fills the spring guide more completely, reducing lateral movement during the power stroke and improving shot-to-shot consistency. The molybdenum and PTFE coating lowers friction against the spring guide and piston, extending service life and giving the action a crisper feel once bedded in. Note that this spring may take certain rifles above 12 ft/lb — check your local regulations before fitting. The No.3 is confirmed to fit the BSA Superstar (12 ft/lb version only) and Webley air rifles (all models); always verify compatibility with your specific rifle before purchase.
