Loaded into the front of the tool, each pad reaches deep into the bolt carrier to scrub stubborn, baked-on carbon from the bottom of the carrier tube — a spot that standard patches and brushes rarely reach effectively. Used with the rear of the tool, the same pad works equally well on the bolt tail, lifting carbon fouling that builds up rapidly during sustained shooting. Each pad can be reused across two or three cleaning sessions before replacing, making a 20-pack go a long way. One size fits both the AR-15 and AR-10 platforms.
