The Breakthrough Clean Technologies bore mop for 12 Gauge is made from 100% cotton that is soft, washable and reusable, so it cleans without scratching or damaging the bore. A consistent compression fit against the bore wall is the key to removing loose and dissolved carbon build-up, and the mop is sized to compress into the bore and lift out excess powder, fouling and debris. External brass threading (standard shotgun 5/16-27 thread) allows easy attachment to your cleaning rod. Keep one in your range bag or cleaning kit with your brushes and solvents; the range covers most shotgun gauges and rifle calibres.
