The Caterpillar Striver XL 8" is a heavy-duty safety boot for trades and outdoor work that demand serious protection and quick on/off access. Certified to EN ISO 20345:2022 S7, it pairs a steel toe cap rated to 200 joules impact with a steel anti-penetration midsole, guarding against both crushing and underfoot hazards. A YKK side zip runs the length of the boot for fast, easy access without compromising the lace-up fit, and the extra ankle height of the 8-inch design gives added support on rough or uneven ground. The waterproof full-grain leather upper is backed by an internal waterproof membrane to keep feet dry, with a padded mesh collar and tongue for comfort. A moulded TPU toe guard and heel counter reinforce the hardest-working areas, tested to the New Scuff Cap Standard for extra durability. Underfoot, a PU midsole absorbs shock and a deep-cleated rubber outsole delivers Ladder Grip traction, heat resistance to 300°C and slip-resistant, fuel- and oil-resistant grip. Finished in the Black/Honey/Yellow colourway, it suits construction, utilities, estate and general outdoor work where dependable protection is non-negotiable.
