The Trap Man Twin Side Entry Corvid Larsen Cage Trap is a UK-made live catch trap designed for controlling crows, rooks, magpies, jays and jackdaws. The three-compartment design places two spring-loaded catching compartments on either side of a large central decoy section, where a call bird is housed to draw other corvids in. Side entry suits crows and rooks well, as these birds naturally hop along the ground rather than dropping in from above. The cage is built from heavy-gauge 1" x 1" wire mesh and electro-plated after manufacture for a durable, weather-resistant finish. The springs are heavy-duty spring steel, made in the UK. The trap arrives largely pre-built and simply needs unfolding and securing with the supplied cable ties — most users have it ready to set in under ten minutes. Split perches, standard perches and a decoy shelter are all included. UK law requires the trap to be checked at least once every day; the decoy bird must always be supplied with food, water and shelter. Decoy crow not included.
