Eley Match is well regarded among top competition shooters and ranks just behind Eley Tenex in the company's .22LR line-up for accuracy and performance. It uses Eley's patented flat nose bullet profile together with a cut mouth case, a pairing intended to keep internal ballistics consistent from shot to shot. The 40-grain bullet is lubricated with beeswax-tallow and leaves the muzzle at 331 m/s (1085 ft/s), carrying 104.9 ft.lb of energy and slowing to 285 m/s at 100 yards. Sold in boxes of 100 rounds. A valid firearm certificate with the appropriate calibre is required; collection from our Stirling or Perth shops.
