The Lightforce FRL Red Spot Filter is a clip-on polycarbonate filter designed to fit the Lance 140mm halogen spotlight. Red is the most widely used colour filter among lampers and foxers because it significantly reduces the visible light signature, letting you illuminate your quarry at range without pushing it off. The durable polycarbonate construction can absorb sustained exposure to grime and field conditions, protecting the lamp's reflector and lens in the process. These filters are replaceable accessories — Lightforce recommend renewing them periodically to maintain full beam output and keep the lamp itself in sound condition. The FRL fits the Lance 140mm lamp in spot beam configuration and clips on without tools. Whether you are scanning for foxes on arable ground or rabbiting in open pasture at night, the red filter gives you the reach of the Lance with a light signature that keeps the quarry on the spot.
