The FX Hammer Spring V1 Standard is a genuine FX Airguns replacement coil spring for the hammer mechanism in FX PCP air rifles. Listed under part number 2507, it directly supersedes the earlier part 2523. In a PCP rifle the hammer spring drives the striker forward to open the valve and release a metered charge of air with each shot; spring condition therefore has a direct bearing on shot consistency and power output. Replacing a fatigued or set spring restores the rifle to its factory hammer-strike specification. This is the standard-rate version of the V1 spring — suited to standard power settings rather than high-power or tune-up builds. Supplied as a genuine FX factory part, it is the correct choice for a like-for-like service repair on any FX model that takes the V1 hammer spring design.
