Strong steel gambrel set | Pack of 2 | 10 mm steel construction | Rated for the full range of UK deer species | Hangs game by the rear tendons for skinning, dressing and ageing | Foundation larder kit | 2-pack covers a typical larder session
The Mjoelner Steel Gambrel 10 mm (2-pack) is a strong steel gambrel set for hanging game by the rear tendons for skinning, dressing and ageing — the foundation kit any working larder needs. A gambrel separates the rear legs of the carcass so you can work the hide off cleanly and access the body cavity from the right angle; trying to skin a beast without one is a long, awkward job that compromises the finished carcass. 10 mm steel construction is rated for the full range of UK deer species. 2-pack covers a typical larder session or lets you process two beasts at once. For stalkers, gamekeepers and home processors, this is foundation larder kit.
