The GRS Sporter is an adjustable laminate rifle stock inletted for the Howa 1500 short action in right-hand configuration. The SpeedLock adjustment system sets length of pull and cheekpiece height without tools, and the ergonomic GRS grip aids control. Length of pull runs from 33.5 to 36.3 cm, total length is 76.0 cm and the stock weighs 1380 g. The varmint barrel channel suits barrels of 22 mm diameter and the forend is 53 mm wide. Glass bedding is recommended, the torque setting is 3.5 Nm and maximum calibre is .375 H&H. GRS recommends adding its height-adjustable recoil pad option, particularly for prone or standing shooting.
