The H&N Slug Precision in .217 calibre (5.51mm) is designed to deliver more consistent accuracy than earlier H&N slug designs. Weighing 33 grains, these solid lead slugs are suited to high-powered PCP air rifles with barrels optimised for slug shooting, where their boat-tail or cylindrical profile can stabilise at velocity and resist wind deflection better than conventional dome-head pellets. Each tin contains 150 slugs, and they are supplied in packs of 50 tins for those who shoot in quantity.
