The Hornady Custom Grade Full-Length 2-Die Set in 7.62x39 (.308) equips hand-loaders working with the Soviet-origin intermediate cartridge that is widely chambered in semi-automatic and bolt-action sporting rifles. The Full-Length Size Die sizes fired cases back to SAAMI minimum specifications with Hornady's Elliptical Expander, which sizes the neck more smoothly than conventional ball expanders, reducing friction and case neck stretch while making a separate expander die unnecessary. The Zip Spindle locks positively to eliminate slippage and features a fine thread pattern on both spindle and lock for precise incremental adjustments or fast larger movements. The In-line Bullet Seating Die holds the bullet, case neck and seating stem in alignment inside a floating sleeve before the bullet enters the neck, delivering consistent seating depth across a full batch of rounds. A built-in roll crimp is incorporated into the seating die, saving a press station. Sure-Loc lock rings clamp around the complete die body without thread contact and incorporate wrench flats for clean, damage-free die changes. Supplied in a stackable storage box; 7/8"-14 thread fits all standard presses. Shell holder not included. Made in the USA; no-risk lifetime warranty.
