The Hornady Match Grade 2-Die Set for 6.5 PRC (.264) is purpose-built for reloaders working with Hornady's own Precision Rifle Cartridge — a short-magnum 6.5mm round optimised for long-range target shooting and deer stalking at extended range. The full-length bushing-style size die accepts interchangeable, self-centering Hornady neck size bushings (sold separately), giving precise control over neck tension without overworking the case brass. A removable elliptical expander offers the option of inside neck sizing and reduces friction and case-neck stretch compared to conventional ball expanders; its internal threading holds it firmly in place during decapping. The inline seating die holds bullet, case neck and seating stem in perfect alignment within a floating sleeve before the bullet enters the neck, producing consistent seating depths across the loading session. The Micro-Just micrometer allows fine seating adjustments, and the die comes with both a standard contour seating stem and an ELD Match seating stem. A built-in crimper handles roll crimping without requiring a separate die or press station. All dies carry Hornady's Sure-Loc lock rings that clamp around the full die body and tighten without contacting the threads.
