The Knivegg Paracord Kit 1 in fluorescent orange combines a ready-to-wrap Rowan blade with a generous length of brightly coloured paracord, giving the knife maker everything needed to produce a fully wrapped handle in a single purchase. The Rowan blade is made from 440C stainless steel with a satin finish; at 90mm long, 3.6mm thick and 210mm overall as a full tang, it is a practical working size suited to fieldcraft, bushcraft and general outdoor cutting. Five tie points and a lanyard hole are built into the tang, giving the paracord wrap plenty of anchor points to produce a secure, grip-enhancing handle. A thumb and finger grip area is machined into the tang for comfort and control before the wrap is applied. The kit includes 3.5 metres of fluorescent orange 550-7 paracord — enough for a full handle wrap with cord to spare. The striking orange colour also aids visibility if the knife is set down in the field.
