Lapua's TRX loading for the 6.5 Creedmoor, built around the 7.8 g / 120 grain TRX TrueRange Expanding solid-copper bullet. The polymer tip gives rapid, controlled expansion with high weight retention, while the copper construction keeps the round lead-free for stalking where non-lead ammunition is required. Loaded on Lapua cartridge cases with Vihtavuori propellant and assembled using Lapua's Air Lock water-resistant sealing, which protects powder and primer from moisture. Quoted ballistics are a G1 BC of 0.428, a G7 BC of 0.212 and a muzzle velocity of 873 m/s (2,864 fps) measured from a 600 mm test barrel, with a recommended twist rate of 1-8.5in. Supplied in a pack of 20 rounds. A current firearm certificate is required to purchase.
