Made from stainless steel with a matte black finish, each plate is incredibly thin and weighs less than half an ounce, so it sits unnoticed on the back of your phone or phone case. A simple self-adhesive secures the plate firmly in place. Because the magnets reside in the adapter rather than the plate, the stainless steel does not interfere with phone signal reception — a key design advantage over competing systems.
