The Morakniv Chris Gregory Hoof Knife 62 Long with Pick is the result of a collaboration between Morakniv's Swedish knife-makers and Chris Gregory, one of the world's most respected farriers. Gregory has been a professional farrier since the mid-1980s, winning multiple international awards, and the knife he helped design reflects that depth of hands-on experience. The 62mm cold-rolled stainless steel blade sits centrally in the handle, giving greater power and precision when paring the sole and frog. The long handle — oiled birch wood — offers a comfortable, secure grip for extended sessions. An integrated hoof pick at the butt of the handle, known as the Rooster Tail, lets you clear dirt, grit and stones from the foot before you cut, protecting the blade from damage. Available for both right- and left-handed farriers, this knife suits professional farriers and competent horse owners alike who need a dependable, well-engineered tool for routine hoof trimming on horses and cattle.
