The Morakniv Frosts 9151P is a narrow fillet knife built for cleaning and filleting fish with precision. Its 151 mm blade is made from Swedish Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel, deep-refrigeration hardened to around 58 RC for lasting sharpness and good corrosion resistance. The blade is slender and flexible, allowing it to follow the contours of a fish closely and peel away flesh from bone cleanly. The black polypropylene handle is reinforced with glass fibre, giving it a secure, low-maintenance grip that resists moisture and is straightforward to clean after use. At roughly 292 mm overall and 103 g, the knife is light enough to use for extended periods without fatigue. Made in Mora, Sweden, the 9151P carries Morakniv’s reputation for functional Scandinavian knifemaking at a practical price point, and it is as useful at a river bank or lochside as it is in a game larder for skinning small quarry or trimming meat.
