The Mora Frosts Paring Knife (4085PAM) is a compact, purpose-built kitchen knife designed for peeling, trimming and intricate prep work. Made in Sweden by Frosts of Mora — part of the Morakniv family, with roots going back to 1891 — it features an 85mm stainless steel blade ground to a stiff profile that gives precise control when working close to the hand. The blade is cold-rolled from Swedish Sandvik stainless steel, hardened for long-lasting edge retention, and finished with a straight edge and pointed tip suited to fine cutting tasks. The black polypropylene handle is contoured for a secure grip in either hand and includes an integrated finger guard that provides a safe stopping point between hand and blade. At 205mm overall and weighing under 60g, the knife handles easily during extended use at the game larder, self-catering bothy or camp kitchen. It is equally at home in a professional butchery or domestic kitchen, and the hard-wearing polymer handle withstands repeated washing without degrading.
