The Mora Poultry Knife is a compact, purpose-built tool for processing poultry and game birds with accuracy and control. The 90 mm semi-flex blade is short and manoeuvrable enough to work cleanly around joints, cavities and bone without excess knife in the way, and the semi-flex construction allows the edge to follow the contours of a carcass when separating wings, thighs and breasts. This kind of controlled, short blade is well suited to pheasant, partridge, duck and other game birds commonly encountered in the shooting field. The blade is stainless steel, hardened to hold a sharp working edge through repeated use and easy to clean between birds. The black polyamide handle gives a confident grip in wet or cold conditions and its non-porous surface wipes clean quickly. A practical, no-nonsense knife for game keepers, shoot day catering, and anyone who regularly prepares their own birds for the table.
