The Mora Frosts Scandinavian Butcher Knife is a professional food industry knife built for demanding butchery and meat processing work. Made in Mora, Sweden, it features a 133 mm stiff black-coated stainless steel blade forged from Sandvik 12C27 steel — a high-carbon Swedish alloy prized for taking a razor edge and holding it under sustained use. The blade is deep-refrigeration hardened at –80 °C to achieve maximum hardness of approximately 58 HRC, giving it excellent edge retention through heavy cutting sessions.
