The Mora Scandinavian Butcher and Trimming Knife with a 185 mm stiff blade is a traditional-pattern working knife shaped for controlled trimming, portioning and butchery tasks. The Scandinavian blade profile — slightly wide and with a gentle curve towards the tip — provides excellent knuckle clearance on a board and works well for trimming fat, sinew and silverskin from venison, lamb or other game meat.
