The Mora (Morakniv) Frosts Straight Boning Knife is a purpose-built butchery tool from Mora's professional food industry range, manufactured in Mora, Sweden. The 100mm narrow blade features a semi-flex profile — stiff enough to maintain control close to the bone yet with enough give to follow the contours of a carcass cleanly. Made from cold-rolled Swedish high-carbon steel with a stain-resistant finish, the blade is designed to work in both diagonal and dagger cutting positions without requiring you to adjust your grip, keeping the workflow efficient during game butchery or at the larder bench. The black polyamide G-grip handle has a micro-blasted surface that locks under a wet or bloody hand, reducing fatigue during extended butchery sessions.
