The Morakniv Frosts Straight Wide Boning Knife is a professional butchery tool built for high-volume meat and poultry processing. Made in Sweden, it features a 153 mm straight wide blade of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel — a cold-rolled, deep-refrigeration-hardened steel that reaches 58 HRC for outstanding edge retention and corrosion resistance. At 1.7 mm thick, the blade is rated semi-flex (medium-flex), giving the control needed for close work around joints and bone without the rigidity that causes fatigue in sustained use. The black elastomer Pro Grip handle is double-moulded for a secure hold in wet or greasy conditions, making it well suited to demanding production environments. Total length is 282 mm and the knife weighs 97 g. Whether used in a commercial processing facility, a game larder or a professional kitchen, this Morakniv boning knife delivers the precision and reliability that Mora of Sweden has been known for since 1891.
