Napier Power Airgun Oil is a 200ml aerosol lubricant and protectant formulated specifically for all types of air rifle – spring-piston, pre-charged pneumatic and CO₂. The oil contains Napier's VP90 vapour-phase corrosion inhibitor, which protects both contact surfaces and enclosed spaces it cannot directly reach. Critically, the formula will not cause dieseling in spring airguns and is safe on O-rings and all synthetic seals, making it suitable for application throughout the mechanism, down the barrel and on external metalwork. Napier state the oil has been developed over five years of field trials and has been part of the Air Arms master service kit; it is available directly from Air Arms as a service item. The directable aerosol nozzle allows controlled, targeted application to internal components and action parts. A light film is all that is needed – the VP90 formula leaves lasting protection without requiring heavy application.
