The Nikko Stirling Diamond FFP 4-16x44 is a first focal plane rifle scope on a 30mm tube, with an illuminated, glass-etched skeleton Half Mil Dot (HMD) reticle with NATO mark type. In the first focal plane the image and reticle increase in the same proportion, so holdovers stay true at any magnification. Clicks are in 1/10 MIL increments (1cm at 100m), with 60 MOA of elevation and windage travel on well sized target turrets. Side parallax adjusts from 10 yards, and the parallax turret also houses the illumination unit. Fully multi-coated lenses give a field of view of 8.7m at 100m on low power and 2.4m on high, with 90mm of eye relief. The scope is 340mm long and weighs 620g.
