The Outdoor Edge Game Shears are a heavy-duty, spring-loaded cutting tool built for fast, safe field dressing of birds, small game and fish. Full-tang 420J2 stainless steel construction runs the length of the tool for real strength under load, while a serrated cutting edge grips slippery tissue and a dedicated bone-breaking notch lets you cut through small bones and joints without reaching for a saw or a second blade. The spring-loaded action returns the blades to open after every cut, so repetitive jointing and quartering work goes quicker and with less hand fatigue. Non-slip rubberised TPR handles keep grip secure even with wet or cold hands, an important safety margin when working a sharp, spring-loaded tool in the field or at the larder.
