Pard's dual-slot battery charger is built to keep the 18650 and 21700 lithium-ion cells that power Pard's night vision and thermal imaging optics topped up and ready. Both battery sizes fit the same two spring-loaded slots, so a pair of cells can be charged side by side rather than one at a time, and an LED status indicator on each slot shows at a glance when charging is complete. Built-in over-charge protection keeps the cells safe once they're full, and USB-C input means it can be run from a mains adaptor, a vehicle USB port or a power bank — handy for topping up spares between stalks rather than at a fixed base. Compact and light enough to drop in a pack alongside a couple of charged cells, it's a straightforward way to make sure a scope or clip-on never runs dry on a night out after deer or vermin.
