The Napier Phosphor Bronze Brush is a 16-bore bore brush built to scrub fouling, leading and powder residue from the barrels of a 16-gauge shotgun. Here "16g" refers to the gauge of the gun, not a weight: this is the size that matches a 16-bore barrel. The brush uses a spiral-wound construction with dense phosphor bronze bristles, a tried-and-tested combination that grips the bore wall and works deposits loose without scoring the steel.
