The Rix Pocket K2 is a compact thermal imaging monocular built for hunters, pest controllers and wildlife watchers who want a genuine thermal spotter that fits in a jacket pocket. A 256×192 VOx sensor at 12µm with NETD below 25mK and a 50Hz refresh rate picks out heat signatures at up to 468m, and the whole unit weighs just 200g — lighter than most phones.
A wide view for scanning
A 19.4°×14.6° field of view covers 34.1m by 25.6m at 100m, so you can sweep a field or wood quickly rather than hunting for your target through a narrow tube.
Built to be carried
At 200g and 124×46×74mm it rides in a pocket without noticing. An integrated sliding lens cover opens and closes with a fingertip, so there is no separate cap to lose.
Weatherproof
An IP67 rating protects it against dust and water immersion, so damp, foggy and wet conditions are no obstacle.
Record what you see
Photo and video record to 32GB of internal memory at 800×600 in .mp4 and .jpg, with a built-in microphone for audio. Built-in Wi-Fi connects the device to your Android or iOS phone through the RIX+ app, for live streaming, file download and over-the-air firmware updates.
