The Lee Safety Scale is a balance-beam powder scale for handloaders who want consistent, repeatable charge weights without relying on batteries or electronics. The beam is moulded from a tough phenolic, the same hard-wearing material used for laboratory and counter tops, so it cannot bend or drift out of adjustment the way a metal beam can. Even if the scale is knocked or dropped, a beam that survives intact stays true. Magnetic dampening settles the beam quickly so you spend less time waiting between charges, and two poise indicators with a vernier scale let you read down to 1/20 grain for fine-tuning match loads. Total capacity is 100 grains, covering everything from light pistol charges to heavy rifle loads, and a one-piece aluminium pan keeps powder handling clean.
