The Skechers Work Flex Advantage - Fourche SR is a slip-resistant occupational shoe built for long shifts on hard indoor floors. It takes the shape of a lace-up dress-casual oxford, with a smooth leather and synthetic upper finished in black, stitching accents and reinforced stitched seams, plus synthetic overlays at the heel and collar for added durability. A padded collar and tongue keep the fit comfortable through a full shift, and the roomy Relaxed Fit design suits those who prefer a bit more room through the toe box. Underfoot, a full-length Memory Foam insole sits above the FlexSole lightweight shock-absorbing midsole for all-day cushioning, while the outsole carries a UK OB FO SRC occupational footwear rating - fuel-oil resistant and slip-tested to the SRC standard on both ceramic tile with soap and steel with glycerol. It has no protective toecap and is not water-resistant or anti-static, so it suits general indoor occupational use such as kitchens, catering and light retail or trade environments rather than sites requiring EN ISO 20345 safety protection.
