The Spartan Mr G Clamp is a go-anywhere support for a rifle or optics, designed to work with the Spartan Davros head rather than as a bipod adapter in its own right. It grips onto almost any surface — high seats, tree stands, hides, or the door frame or roll bar of a car or buggy — up to a maximum jaw opening of 60mm, giving a stable rest in places a bipod or tripod can't be set up. Five 1/4-20in UNC male mounting points let a Davros head be screwed onto whichever face suits the angle needed, and a bush is included for accessories that use a 3/8-16in UNC female thread instead. With a MagnaSwitch adapter fitted to a rifle, binoculars or spotting scope, that kit then attaches to the magnetic spigot on the Davros head in seconds. At 270g and 120mm x 70mm x 30mm it's compact enough to carry in a pack, and a Davros head is needed alongside it — it isn't included.
