The Spartan Valhalla Gen 2 is a lightweight, wide-stance bipod for hunters and long-range precision shooters, weighing 373g. Its horizontal spigot design moves the fulcrum point towards the muzzle for more stability and lets the bipod clip on and off a rifle in seconds, so one bipod can serve several rifles fitted with Valhalla Gen 2 adapters. The body is hard-anodised 7075-T7351 aluminium with multi-layered carbon fibre legs and hardened stainless steel shoulder plates at the main load-bearing point. The legs lock at five pitch positions (0, 45, 90, 135 and 180 degrees), deploy from 0 to 90 degrees in one movement and have spring-assisted height adjustment from 12.5cm to 21.8cm. A friction-adjustable cant gives 10 degrees left and right for levelling the scope on uneven ground. Tungsten carbide tips with tethered synthetic boots grip on rock, grass or a vehicle bonnet. Rated up to .338 Lapua and packing down to 19.5cm long, it suits stalking, foxing and target rifles alike. A Valhalla Gen 2 adapter is needed to fit it to your rifle and is sold separately.
