The Swarovski Z8i+ 1-8x24 L is a driven-hunt and close-range stalking riflescope built around an 8x zoom range and a 24mm objective lens. At 1x magnification it delivers a 50m per 100m field of view — one of the widest available in its class — making it well suited to fast-moving quarry in woodland and dense cover. The illuminated BRT-I reticle sits in the second focal plane and offers 64 brightness levels across twilight and daylight settings, controlled automatically by the SWAROLIGHT tilt sensor: when the rifle is lowered from a shooting position the reticle switches off, conserving battery life without any manual input. The large eyebox provides 95mm of eye relief and fast target acquisition, while the ergonomic TL+ throw lever reduces zoom rotation to just 160°. The 34mm central tube is nitrogen-filled and submersion-rated to 4 metres, with a functional temperature range of -20 to +55°C. At 599g over a 301mm length, it is a compact and purposeful choice for driven boar shoots, woodland roe stalking and any situation demanding rapid magnification changes. Supplied with transparent scope covers, two TL+ throw levers (black and orange), battery, Torx wrench and screw.
