Tier One's picatinny rail for the Howa Long Action, with 20 MOA of built-in elevation. Each rail is machined on five-axis CNC machinery from round bar stock to the finished part in a single operation, so there is no accuracy lost to re-setting between stages. The rails are made from 7075-T6 aluminium and are built to exceed the criteria of the 2009 metric upgrade to the picatinny standard, STANAG 4694. When fitting, check the rifle maker's recommended torque settings and do not exceed 1.5 Nm (14 in-lbs). A 20 MOA rail gives extra elevation adjustment for long-range shooting.
