The Tipton Compact Range Vise is a portable gun-cleaning cradle built for shooters who need a secure holding solution that still packs down small enough for a range bag. Collapsed, it measures 11-1/4 inches; fully extended it reaches 17-3/4 inches, so it stays compact for transport but opens out to a fully functional working length on the bench or at the range. Two non-marring forks cradle the firearm and hold it steady for cleaning, stripping and light maintenance, protecting the finish rather than marking it, and the vise also works as a handy extra pair of hands during fiddly jobs. Six rubber feet give it a rigid, non-slip footing on a bench or table. The body is moulded from high-quality, solvent-resistant nylon, so it copes with everyday contact with cleaning solvents and oils without degrading. It is a practical, no-fuss accessory for anyone who wants their gun properly supported and steady during routine cleaning and maintenance, whether at home or on the range.
