The Vorn EV45 is the largest hunting backpack in Vorn's EV range, built around the Norwegian brand's patented Quick Rifle Release (QRR) system — a stainless steel release mechanism that lets you free your rifle or shotgun from the pack in seconds without breaking stride. Its rigid, fibre-reinforced polymer EV frame extends internally and externally around the padded, height-adjustable firearm compartment, keeping the load stable and your optics protected, and a barrel cover is included for safe transport. At 45 litres and 2.75kg it carries a full day's stalking or hill kit: a top lid with three separate compartments and a key hook, full-length side-zip access to the main compartment, a padded front pocket, internal and external mesh pockets, and hydration compatibility for up to 3 litres. Vorn's Pin-Lock shoulder straps adjust for height and pair with a heavy-duty MOLLE hip belt to spread the load comfortably over long carries. The shell is V-Tex, a durable, silent, water-resistant 3-ply fabric, finished with PU-coated YKK size 8 zips, Duraflex buckles and high-quality nylon webbing throughout — built to stand up to genuine field use, season after season.
