The Razor UHD 12x50 sits at the top of Vortex's binocular range, built on the Ultra High Definition optical system with APO index-matched lenses that cut chromatic aberration for true colour and edge-to-edge sharpness. The 12x50 gives open-hill stalkers and wildlife watchers extra reach for judging beasts on a far face, yet still holds steady enough in the hand, with the 50 mm objectives keeping the image bright as dusk closes in. XR Plus coatings on every air-to-glass surface maximise light transmission for the first and last minutes of the day, and ArmorTek protects the outer lenses from scratches, oil and dirt. Inside the magnesium chassis is an Abbe-Koenig prism, whose longer optical path Vortex credits with sharper resolution, with a true open hinge that saves weight and bulk.
