The Wheeler Scope Mounting Kit Combo brings together every tool needed to fit a 1 inch or 30mm tube riflescope properly, so an expensive optic goes on straight, holds zero and is never crushed by uneven rings. Alignment bars for both tube sizes show at a glance whether your rings line up, vertically or horizontally, before the scope ever touches them. The lapping bars, handle and 220-grit lapping compound then true the inside of the rings to maximise ring-to-tube contact, giving better grip under recoil without over-tightening the ring screws. Wheeler's Level-Level-Level makes squaring the reticle to the bore quick and repeatable, and the F.A.T. Wrench torque screwdriver, supplied with ten gunsmithing bits, lets you tighten base and ring screws to a precise figure anywhere from 10 to 65 in-lb in 5 in-lb steps. Thread-locking compound and a fitted hard storage case complete the kit.
