A new year, a new BushWear - The Road To Perfection.

I am a little late to the party for blogging and wishing everyone a happy new year, but as the saying goes it's better late than never.  Everyone at BushWear would like to wish all of our customers' a fantastic new year and the very best for 2015.  

2014 was a fantastic year for us and we couldn't have done it without you, our loyal customers'.  We owe a great deal to you all and thank you for your custom time and time again.   We have had a lot of fantastic feedback, both by email and phone, from people that have had an amazing Christmas thanks to partners, spouses, friends and family gifting them presents purchased from us.  

Looking ahead, 2015 is going to be an even better year.  With tons of new and exciting products coming to the market we're all going to be spoiled for choice.  The general consensus within BushWear is that we're doing an amazing job - we have this opinion due to the feedback we have received, not just from last year but over the last 10.  Thinking like this however, can lead to complacency.  Yes, we believe we're doing a great job but we know we can do better.  

Now I am not going to insult anyone intelligence and say all the feedback is positive, we do on occasion stumble.  When this happens we quickly regain our composure and learn from any mistakes made and do all we can to rectify the situation for the customer.  To decide what is best for BushWear and our customer base we do one very simple thing.  We listen.  To you.  All feedback received is not only appreciated but is required to keep us delivering what our customers deserve.  Your feedback dictates a variety of things such as products we stock right through to service improvements we implement.  So I would like to urge everyone reading this blog to share your views about BushWear.  You can call our customer service team on 0845 226 0469, you can pop across an email to myself personally md@bushwear.co.uk and of course you can always leave a comment below.

BushWear is constantly aiming for perfection.  We know very well we will never get there, as there are always things that can be done better or more efficiently.  Everything we do we aim to put our customers' first and we dedicate ourselves to extraordinary customer service.  With this, we have many exciting things in the works to make your experience with us better and more convenient.  

We're not going to spill the details just yet but this year is going to be phenomenal for us all.  As and when these changes take place you can rest assured I will keep you informed.
