The Amblers Safety AS612 Fern is a womens safety trainer built for site, yard and trade work where all-day comfort and a women's-specific fit matter as much as protection. Certified to EN ISO 20345 S1 SRC, it carries a steel toe cap backed by a non-metallic, anti-penetration midsole, with an SRC-rated outsole tested for grip on both ceramic tile and steel surfaces plus fuel and oil resistance. The upper is made from 57% recycled pre-consumer leather, using a low-sew construction with minimal seams and recycled thread to reduce points of wear, and is lined in soft, stretchy recycled Lycra and mesh for comfort against the foot. A dual-density Phylon midsole cushions and reduces fatigue over a long shift, sitting above a non-marking, oil-resistant outsole that includes 10% recycled rubber. A removable PU footbed with a recycled mesh lining adds further comfort, while a pull-on recycled nylon webbing loop at the heel makes the trainer easy to get on and off. Practical, genuinely protective safety footwear for keepering, larder, kennel and general trade work.
