The Amblers Safety AS801 Rockingham is a lightweight, fully non-metal waterproof safety hiker, built to EN ISO 20345 S3 WR HRO SRA for anyone who needs full safety protection without carrying steel underfoot. In place of a steel toe cap and midsole, the AS801 uses a composite toe cap rated to withstand 200 joules of impact and a non-metallic anti-penetration midsole, so the boot is lighter to wear and passes through a metal detector cleanly. The water-resistant leather and mesh upper is backed by a breathable waterproof membrane and mesh lining, keeping feet dry through wet ground, yard work and washdowns alike. Inside, a removable EVA footbed with memory-foam heel cushioning, a padded collar and a padded bellowed tongue add all-day comfort, while an energy-absorbing heel and antistatic construction round out the protection. The EVA/rubber outsole is heat resistant to 300°C and fuel- and oil-resistant, giving secure, durable grip on demanding ground.
