The Amblers Safety FS218 is a fully waterproof, steel-toe safety boot built for wet, cold and demanding outdoor work — the sort of job that ends up on a yard, at the kennels or on an estate as much as a building site. It conforms to EN ISO 20345:2011 as an S3 SRC boot, combining a steel toe cap with a steel midsole for genuine impact and penetration protection, plus SRC-rated slip resistance for grip on wet or oily surfaces. The upper is water-resistant leather backed by a fully waterproof, breathable mesh lining, so the boot stays dry through the working day without cooking the foot. A shock-absorbing heel unit, rated to 20 joules, and a removable EVA footbed cut fatigue over a long shift, while seven hardwearing metal D-ring lace holes give a secure, adjustable fit. A padded bellows tongue keeps grit and debris out, and a padded ankle collar adds support and comfort at the top of the boot. The dual-density PU sole resists oils, acids and solvents, and a pull-on loop at the heel makes the boot quick to get on and off.
