Supplied ready filled, it sits under the stock to give a hard-recoiling magnum rifle a stable, repeatable rear support at the bench — exactly what you want when zeroing before the stalking season, working up loads or proving a new scope. The contact surface is leather, which grips the stock and gives a secure rest shot after shot, while the polyester body will not stretch or sag, so the bag keeps its height and shape through years of range use. It functions with most brands of front rest, so it slots straight in alongside the kit you already own.
