The Caldwell Tac Ops Molded Retention Holster is an outside-the-waistband holster moulded from reinforced polymer to custom-fit the 1911 with a 3in barrel, for right-hand carry. Retention comes from an index-finger-activated trigger guard lock, so the handgun stays secure until you draw with a deliberate, practised motion, and the moulded fit keeps the gun riding close to the body rather than shifting around. The wide, contoured paddle clip has a rubberised non-slip pad on the back, which stops the holster creeping on the belt during normal movement, and bottom paddle clip retention posts add a further point of hold. Positioning is fully adjustable through 360 degrees, so you can set the cant and height to suit your preferred draw rather than being locked into one angle. It is built as part of Caldwell's broader Tac Ops range, designed to work alongside the brand's matching magazine pouches and duty belts for a complete carry setup.
