The Hawke Pro Steel Ring Mounts offer a sturdy, accurate platform for fitting a 30mm diameter riflescope to a Weaver or Picatinny rail at low height. The rings are machined from solid steel to give the strength and rigidity required to maintain a consistent point of impact through centrefire recoil. An internal cushion lining sits inside each ring to protect the scope tube from marking or damage when the rings are clamped down. The scope is secured with double Torx screws that grip firmly and resist vibration loosening during extended use in the field. The reversible Weaver crossbar gives a wide range of installation positions along the rail, allowing precise eye-relief adjustment without being limited to individual cross-slots. Low height positioning is suited to 30mm scopes with compact or standard objective lenses where there is sufficient clearance above the barrel. A quick-release lever is supplied fitted to the base for fast, repeatable removal and remounting; a hex nut fixing is also included for a more permanent setup. Supplied as a complete pair ready to fit.
