The Hawke Universal Weaver Base (model 22406) is a one-piece adaptor base that fits directly to a rifle receiver, providing a standard Weaver rail platform for attaching scope rings, red dot sights, lasers, torches and any other Weaver-compatible accessories. Measuring 122mm in length and weighing just 37g, it is compact and lightweight enough to add negligible bulk to the rifle while offering a solid, repeatable mounting surface. The base is secured with supplied 8-40 thread bolts tightened via a 7/64" hex key, giving firm, rattle-free contact with the receiver. Because the Weaver system is one of the most widely supported mounting standards, fitting this base opens up the full range of Hawke's own ring mounts alongside countless third-party options.
