The mount clamps to a partly open window frame and provides a stable platform for your Hawke spotting scope, removing hand shake and wind buffet from the equation. Protective pads on the clamp jaw guard the window edge and scope body from scratches, and the whole setup is quick to rig and stow. It is a practical, low-cost addition to any vehicle-based glassing kit and pairs naturally with Hawke's range of spotting scopes for reconnaissance, target spotting or wildlife observation.
